Glossary
A user who can manage other users, the sign-up policy and invitations. The first admin is created during first-run setup.
API key
Section titled “API key”A secret starting with dp_ that lets a script or agent act as the user who created it. See API keys.
Instance
Section titled “Instance”One Day Planner installation: its app container (or containers) and its database. Each instance has its own users and data.
OpenID Connect, the standard behind “Sign in with…” buttons. See External login.
Setup token
Section titled “Setup token”A one-time code printed in the container logs on first start, needed to open the setup page. See First-run setup.
Sign-up policy
Section titled “Sign-up policy”Who may create an account: closed, invite only or open. See Users and sign-up.
A top-level area of your plan, such as Personal or Work. Projects, tasks and documents belong to a space.
Working hours
Section titled “Working hours”The times the scheduler may place work, set per weekday in a schedule preference. See Scheduling and working hours.
